The Hamilton welcomes most pets to our Fishers apartment community. Pets over a specified size must be housed on a first floor apartment or a second floor unit above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly charge for Residents with pets.

The Hamilton is served by Hamilton Southeastern School District, which includes Brooks School Elementary, Fall Creek Intermediate, Fall Creek Junior High, and Hamilton Southeastern High School.

Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.

Yes, The Hamilton and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process.

Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.

No, we do not let Residents pre­pay their full lease. Rent must be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
