There is a one time, non-refundable $250 pet fee due at move in and a $25 monthly pet fee that covers up to two pets. Can I pay my rent online? Yes! The Hamilton is served by Hamilton Southeastern School District, which includes Brooks School Elementary, Fall Creek Junior High, and Hamilton Southeastern High School. Can current Residents break their lease? Yes, given at least one month's notice. There is a lease break fee of $3000, which will be lowered to $1500 given 60 days or more notice. Residents are responsible for rent and utilities during the notice period. Do you require a credit check? Yes, The Hamilton and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process. Is there an application fee? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is happy to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we currently do not offer those discounts.
