We allow two pets per apartment. Certain breeds must complete a “Canine Good Citizen” evaluation through AKC. We have weight limits for all pets. If your pet is 50 pounds or heavier, we require them to be on the first floor, in a townhome, or in a floor plan that is above a garage. There is a one time, non-refundable $250 pet fee due at move in and a $25 monthly pet fee that covers up to two pets.
 
The Hamilton is served by Hamilton Southeastern School District, which includes Brooks School Elementary, Fall Creek Junior High, and Hamilton Southeastern High School.
Yes, given at least one month's notice. There is a lease break fee of $3000, which will be lowered to $1500 given 60 days or more notice. Residents are responsible for rent and utilities during the notice period.
Yes, The Hamilton and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.
